Terms of service

To ensure that we are sending out the BEST QUALITY PRODUCT, I take my time making sure that everything is as close to perfect as possible. While I will do my best to ensure your items are near perfect, please know that there may be some minor imperfections as these are all handmade items.  

All items are handmade by myself from start to finish. Turn around time varies depending on order types:

PROCESSING TIME:

TUMBLERS:

RTS-3-5 BUSINESS DAYS UNLESS YOU ADD A NAME, THEN IT WILL BE 2-3 WEEKS (EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS).

MADE TO ORDER-6-10 WEEKS  (EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS).

SHIRTS:

Shirts are currently PREORDERS. Please allow 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS (EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS).

PENS:

RTS- 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS UNLESS YOU ADD A NAME, THEN IT WILL BE 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS  (EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS)..

MADE TO ORDER-5-7 BUSINESS DAYS  (EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS).

SHIPPING IS DIFFERENT THAN PROCESSING!  All items are shipped USPS Priority 1-3 day shipping. Shipping includes insurance up to $100. Once orders leave my hands and are shipped I can not be responsible for the items.

Please note that these are ESTIMATES given to to be safe on my end. You could potentially get your items before the estimated turn around time. While I strive to complete orders in a timely manner, the processing will also depend on my work load! Any changes will be updated HERE and on the home page in the banner! Please keep in mind that I am only one person. Thank you! 

There is a no RETURN, EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION, or REFUND policy, UNLESS there is a mistake on MY behalf, in which case, I will reach out to you and address this with you.
